Workspace-level settings live under Settings in the sidebar. Most of them are owner-only.

General

Settings → General holds the workspace profile:
  • Logo — shown across the console (PNG, JPG, or WebP, max 2 MB; availability depends on your plan).
  • Workspace name — display name, changeable any time.
  • Workspace ID — the immutable identifier for this workspace. Use it in API requests and webhook payloads; copy it with one click.
  • API slug — a URL-safe identifier with a live availability check. Changing it can affect integrations that reference the slug, so the console warns before saving.
  • Wallet update tolerance — how long previous pass barcode payloads keep resolving after a manual barcode edit or wallet pass reissue (default 8 hours). See Distributing passes.

Policy

Settings → Policy contains workspace security policy:
  • Require two-factor authentication — when enabled, every member must enroll an authenticator app before sensitive actions. Members see the requirement at sign-in and under Sign-in & security.

Activity log

Settings → Activity log (owners and members) records administrative activity in the workspace — useful for auditing who changed what.

Workspaces

Settings → Workspaces lists every workspace you belong to: switch the active one, accept or decline invitations, create a new workspace, or leave one.
